独立学院护理专业组织学与胚胎学教学改革初探

Teaching reform of Histology and Embryology in Independent Institute's nursing major

独立学院以"应用型人才"培养为目标,课程设置以注重实践、能力为首,强化学生的实践操作能力。组织学与胚胎学作为医学专业基础课在注重理论课程学习的同时,更要强化实验教学,注重学生专业技能的培养。为此,本文通过调整我院护理本科专业理论课与实验课程的比例,优化教学内容,改变教学模式,提升教学硬件等方法,为独立学院医学基础课程的开设寻求更高效的教学手段。

The goal of independent Institute was training applied talents, and the curriculum focused on practice and ability training. Histology and embryology is the basic medical course of nursing students, it needed both experimental teaching and theory education at the same time. The teachers should emphasize on cultivating students＇ professional skills. Therefore, through adjusting the proportion of theory courses and experimental courses, optimizing the teaching content, changing the teaching mode, and improving teaching hardware, the authors set up an efficient method for the basic medicine courses teaching in Independent Institute.
