多层螺旋CT对退变性腰椎滑脱相关影响因素分析研究

Analysis and study on the factors of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis by multi-slice spiral CT

目的探讨退变性腰椎滑脱（DIS）与相关影响因素的关系。方法选取61例DLS患者作为DIS组，选取61例同期性别、年龄与DLS组相匹配患者作为对照组，两组患者发病部位均为L4。比较两组病例椎间关节角度、退变程度、腰骶角等因素与腰椎滑脱的关系。结果DLS组关节突关节面与矢状面夹角小于对照组[（37．11±7．52）°比（42．44±7．61）°]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组腰骶角比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组椎间关节退变程度比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．01）。结论关节突关节面与矢状面夹角、椎间关节退变程度在DLS形成中具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis （DIS）. Methods Sixty-one DLS patients （DIS group） were enrolled in this study. The control group was formed by 61 patients with same gender and age matched. The lesion position was L4 in two groups. The correlation of intervertebral joint angle, degeneration degree, lumbosacral angle and lumbar spondylolisthesis were analyzed. Results The intervertebral joint and sagittal angle in DLS group was less than that in control group[ （37.11 ± 7.52）° vs. （42.44 ± 7.61）° ]（P〈 0.01）. The lumbosaeral angle between two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. The degeneration degree between two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Intervenebral joint and sagittal angle and intervertebral joint degeneration degree have important roles in DLS.
