摘要
将刮板薄膜蒸发器的材质与之前的材质进行了对比,分别从宏观和微观上在相同条件下对304L、316L和1Cr18Ni9Ti3种不锈钢材料进行分析研究。分析了蒸发器的腐蚀原因和过程,最终认为316L不锈钢在本设备上的耐腐蚀性相对较好。
The material quality of scraped thin film evaporators is compared.The comparison of three kinds of stainless steels,304L,316 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti,are carried out in a macroscopic and microscopic point of view.The corrosion reason and process of scraped thin film evaporators are analyzed.The corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel used in scraped thin film evaporators is proposed to have relatively better corrosion resistance.
