小儿暴发型心肌炎临床诊疗分析

The clinical analysis of children with fulminant myocarditis

目的本文对小儿暴发型心肌炎临床诊疗进行分析,探讨小儿暴发型心肌炎的临床特点及有效的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析本院诊治的80例小儿暴发型心肌炎患儿。结果 80例小儿暴发型心肌炎患儿经治疗后,治愈50例,好转14例,死亡16例。小儿暴发型心肌炎患儿临床表现为呼吸道和消化道症状,如恶心、呕吐,并伴有发热症状,同时患儿病情进展较快,容易发展为心律失常、心功能不全等。结论小儿暴发型心肌炎严重威胁儿童健康,起病急、进展快和死亡率高,临床上应采取早诊断、综合治疗的方法。

ObjectiveTo analysis the clinical characteristics of children with fulminant myocarditis. Methods80 cases of children with fulminate myocarditis were analyzed by retrospective methods.Results 50 cases of fulminant myocarditis patients in children after treatment were cured while 14 cases were improved and 16 cases of death. The clinical manifestations of fulminant myocarditis in children including respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, accompanied with fever and rapid progression with arrhythmia. Conclusion Fulminant myocarditis threats the health of children greatly and it should be detected and diagnosed as early as possible.
