摘要
目的研究分析对重症膝关节疾病患者临床期间给予人工膝关节置换术治疗的效果,为其临床治疗和研究提供有效的数据支撑。方法选取本院收治的36例重症膝关节疾病患者,患者入院治疗时间为2009年6月至2013年7月,所有患者临床期间均给予人工膝关节置换手术治疗,并采用统计学方法分析患者治疗前后的症状情况。结果本研究中36例(77.8%)患者疗效评估为优,6例(16.7%)患者评估疗效为良,2例(5.6%)患者疗效评估为可,治疗优良率为94.4%;治疗前患者的HSS评分及膝关节活动度分别为(48.59±6.50)分、(67.04±10.04)°,治疗后上述指标分别为(87.03±12.35)分、(96.03±11.04)°,治疗后的HSS评分水平和膝关节活动度明显优于治疗前,前后比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对重症膝关节疾病患者给予人工膝关节置换术治疗能够有效改善患者的症状,提高HSS评分水平及膝关节活动度,且操作简单,疗效显著,值得临床重视和广泛应用。
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical study in patients with severe disease of the knee during knee arthroplasty for the treatment given to the effect of providing effective support for the clinical treatment of data and research.MethodsThe study group selected objects taken from the hospital treated 36 cases of patients with severe disease of the knee, the time the patient was admitted to hospital in June 2009 in July 2013, all patients were treated during clinical knee replacement surgery treatment, and the use of statistical software to analyze the symptoms of patients before and after treatment.ResultsThe clinical treatment and research, curative effect in this group of 36 patients was excellent in 28 cases, accounting for 77.8% of all patients, 6 patients (16.7%) patients the efifcacy of benign and efifcacy assessment was available in 2 patients, accounting 5.6%, the treatment was excellent 94.4%; HSS knee score and activity level of patients before treatment were (48.59±6.50) points, (67.04±10.04)°, after the treatment of the above indicators (87.03±12.35) points, (96.03±11.04)°, the level and extent of HSS knee score after treatment was signiifcantly better than before treatment, after having a statistically signiifcant difference (P〈0.05).ConclusionsPatients with severe disease of the knee giving total knee replacement surgery can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and improve the level of HSS score and knee range of motion, and simple operation, a signiifcant effect is worthy of attention and widely used.
