替吉奥联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效观察

TS-1 combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer curative effect observation

目的探讨分析替吉奥联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌的近期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年8月至2013年4月本院治疗的56例晚期胃癌患者的临床记录资料。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率和生活质量总改善率分别为67.86%和85.71%,均高于对照组的39.29%和57.14%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组的血小板减少发生率和手足综合征发生率均低于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),其他不良反应发生率相比,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论替吉奥联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌的近期临床疗效显著,为晚期胃癌的化疗提供了安全有效的选择方案。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical curative effect analysis of recent S-1 combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.MethodsRetrospective analysis of the clinical data of 56 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients from 2010 August to 2013 April in our hospital treatment.Results After treatment, the treatment group＆#39;s total gross to improve efficiency and quality of life were 67.86%and 85.71%, were higher than those of the control group of 39.29% and 57.14%, with signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）; the treatment group of platelets to reduce the incidence and the incidence of hand foot syndrome were lower than the control group, with signiifcant difference （P〈0.05） the rate of adverse reactions occur, other than, the two groups had no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）.ConclusionThe short-term clinical S-1 combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced gastric cancer signiifcantly, with the clinical application value.
