儿童骨性下颌偏斜早期干预的效果分析 被引量:2

Effectiveness of early treatment on the skeletal mandibular deviation in children

摘要 目的:研究儿童骨性下颌偏斜早期干预的临床效果。方法:选取门诊8~12岁的骨性下颌偏斜患者11例,根据口内具体情况,选择合适的矫治器进行治疗,测量患者的下颌升支高度、下颌体长度及下颌骨综合长度,比较治疗前后的效果。结果:患者的下颌升支高度、下颌体长度及下颌骨综合长度均有一定程度的生长,但偏斜侧下颌升支高度和下颌骨综合长度的生长大于对侧,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者上颌牙弓的对称性得到了改善。结论:早期干预可以改善儿童骨性下颌偏斜畸形。 Objective:To study the effectiveness of early treatment on the skeletal mandibular deviation in children. Method:11 patients aged 8-12 years old with mandibular deviation were selected. Proper appliances were used according to the oral conditions. Then the mandibular ramus height,the length of the mandibular body and the combined length of the mandible before and after treatment were measured and compared. Result:The mandibular ramus height,the length of the mandibular body and the combined length of the mandible had a certain degree of growth after treatment. However ,the growth of the mandibular ramus height and the combined length of the mandible on the deviated side was significantly more than that of the other side(P〈0.05). And the maxillary arch symmetry was improved. Conclusion:Skeletal mandibular devi-ation could be improved by early treatment.
