系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎与OLP自身抗原的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自身免疫性疾病是一组病因未明的慢性炎症性疾病。针对自身抗原的自身抗体大量产生,自身反应T细胞、B细胞过度活化,导致多系统多器官广泛损害。因此,自身抗原的产生是引起自身免疫性疾病发生的始动因素。虽然关于引起系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎与口腔扁平苔藓的自身抗原的研究颇多,但确定的自身抗原目前仍不清楚。本文就引起系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎与口腔扁平苔藓的自身抗原的研究进展作一综述。
