摘要
钬激光前列腺剜除术作为经尿道前列腺剜除术的经典术式之一,拥有较好的安全性、疗效及低复发率。但以往三叶法剜除的学习曲线延长了泌尿外科医生的掌握时间。而改良后的6点通道法结合逆向推拨术,大大缩短了学习曲线,对该术式的推广起到了重要的作用。
Holmium laser enucleation of prostate （HoLEP） is the most famous transurethral enucleation operation.It has good safety,efficacy and lower recurrence rate.But the learning curve of tri-lobe method of HoLEP was much longer and prolonged the master time of urologists.However,the modified tunnel method combined with reversed push method greatly shorten the learning curve and played an important role for the promotion of the this operation.
