摘要
从钨合金的制备及后处理两方面论述了钨合金的发展现状,并对其发展趋势做了展望。通过选择钨合金的成分、制粉、成形以及烧结技术,能得到性能较理想的钨合金材料。钨合金后处理特别是强化工艺能极大改善钨合金的力学性能。钨合金的形变强化技术由于其自身的优势,是目前改善钨合金力学性能研究的重点,也是未来研究的主要方向。
The current development of preparation and after-treatment technologies of tungsten alloy were reviewed and its development trends were discussed. Tungsten alloys with ideal mechanical properties can be obtained by employing the appropriate tungsten alloy composition, milling, shaping and sintering technology. After treatment technologies, specifically the strengthening technology, can significantly improve the mechanical properties of tungsten alloy. Due to the own advantages, strengthening technologies are the research focus to improve the mechanical properties of tungsten alloy at present, which is the main direction for future research.
