两种铝合金材料组合搭接连接件疲劳特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对7A12和2B25两种铝合金材料的组合搭接连接件,采用有限元模拟,确定其疲劳失效位置和在飞-续-飞谱下的预估寿命,并通过试验验证。模拟和试验结果表明:该铝合金组合结构具有良好的疲劳性能,可满足疲劳寿命指标要求;有限元方法得到的预估寿命和试验结果吻合良好。 A series of fatigue performance tests based on two different kinds of aluminum alloy was carried out on scarfed lap joints. Finite element method (FEM), which was employed to ensure the most severe stress concentration location under earth-air-earth load spectrum, can satisfy the corresponding experiment results. The comparison between FEM and experiment shows that scarfed lap joints based on these two different kinds of aluminum alloy can satisfy the require of fatigue on the aircraft.
