摘要 研究了应变速率对2024铝合金拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,随应变速率的增加,抗拉强度略有下降,屈服强度增加,断面收缩率及伸长率下降,弹性模量增加。断口分析表明,应变速率越低,断口中韧窝组织越多,以韧性断裂为主;随着应变速率增加,以脆性断裂为主。随应变速率增加,断口纵剖面中晶粒伸长减小,并出现细小析出相。此外,基于Fields and Backofen本构方程模型,定量计算与分析了应变速率对合金力学性能的影响。 The effects of strain rate on the tensile properties of 2024 alloy were analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength decreases, the yield strength and elastic modulus rises, and the reduction of cross-sectional area and elongation decreases with the increase of strain rate. The fracture analysis shows that the dimple increases with strain rate decreasing, which was mainly ductile rupture. Conversely, the fracture was mainly brittle. The metallographic analysis indicates the elongation of crysal grain decreased with strain rate increasing with tiny precipitated phase appearing. Besides, the effect of strain rate is calculated based on the equation of fields and Backofen equation.
