摘要
采用氧-乙炔火焰喷涂技术在T10钢表面喷涂铝涂层,通过分析其表面及截面特征、抗热震性能分析、盐水腐蚀测试、电化学腐蚀曲线分析的方法研究铝涂层对T10钢的耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:T10钢经火焰喷涂铝涂层后,铝涂层组织致密、与基体有较强结合强度;耐腐蚀性能明显优于基体材料。
Aluminum coating was prepared on T10 steel surface by using oxygen-acetylene flame spraying technology. The corrosion resistant of the aluminum coating was studied by surface and cross section morphology analysis, thermal shock test, saline soak test and electrochemical corrosion curve. The results show that the aluminum coating with high combination strength to matrix is compact and the corrosion resistance of aluminum coating is better than matrix material by using oxygen-acetylene flame spraying process on T10 steel surface.
