摘要
采用高斯脉冲函数建立激光脉冲热源,应用传热学原理、控制方程理论、有限元技术建立结构钢表面激光热处理工艺模型,将激光入射热通量作为在结构钢表面分布的热源来处理,得到了结构钢的瞬态热响应,以判断其热处理温度是否达到相变点温度而低于熔点,从而实现结构件表面的相变硬化,依此对激光热处理工艺进行优化。该模型还可以探讨其他形式的热源对结构钢件热处理温度的影响。
Laser pulses heat source was built using Gaussian pulse function, the models of laser heat treatment process on structural steel surface were built by applying heat transfer theory, control equation theory and finite element technique. The laser incident heat flux distribution was dealt with a structural steel surface heat source, thus the transient thermal response of structural steel was obtained, According to the heat treatment temperature, it is judged whether the temperature of the phase transition point is lower than the melting point of the structure to achieve transformation hardening, and thus the laser heat treatment process is optimized. The model can explore the effects of other forms of heat sources on treatment temperature of the structural steel.
