摘要 对淬火油槽加载圆盘齿轮淬火时的介质流速场进行了计算机模拟,依据流速场的模拟结果对特征点处的淬火烈度值分布来表征模拟结果的正确性;同时,提出了减少畸变的措施。通过对齿轮锥差变形量的对比分析,证明了保护措施的有效性。 The quenchant flow field in quenching tank with disk gear was simulated, and the distribution of the quench severity on the special spots of disk geares by the simulation results has proved the simulation results correctness. Meanwhile, some decreased the quenching distortion was proposed, and the analysis dates of the gear wimble distortion show that the protection measures are feasible.
