摘要
研究了一级时效和二级时效工艺参数对铝合金屈服强度影响。结果表明:二级时效温度升高及二级时效时间延长,屈服强度均下降;一级时效温度下降,屈服强度变化较小;一级时效时间缩短,屈服强度下降明显;一级时效时间和二级时效温度对屈服强度影响较大。
The yield strength of 7075 alloy after solution treatment and aging treatment was studied. The results show that when the secondary aging temperature and time rise, the yield strength decreases. When the first grade aging temperature drops, the yield strength changes slightly. The first grade aging time reduces, the yield strength decreases significantly. The first grade time and secondary aging temperature have a greater influence on the yield strength.
