摘要
简单介绍了现有的导轨热处理工艺,分析其失效原因;并对其进行优化。优化之前导轨热处理淬火畸变量为0.4~0.7 mm;优化之后,其畸变量小于0.2 mm。同时产品报废率有效降低,降低了生产成本。
The existing guide-way heat treatment process was briefly introduced, the cause of failure was analyzed; and its heat treatment process was optimized, The quenching distortion of CNC guide-way before optimization is 0.4-0.7 ram; afler optimization, it is less than 0.2 ram. The scrap rate of the products reduces effectively, while the production costs reduce.
