摘要
采用X-Y函数记录仪(LM20A-200型)测定了水基-碳纳米管纳米流体淬火液和水的冷却特性曲线。论述了碳纳米管(CNT)含量和温度对水基-碳纳米管纳米流体淬火的冷却特性的影响。结果表明,随CNT含量的增大,纳米流体最大冷却速度逐渐增大;并且随淬火液温度的升高,纳米流体冷却性能逐渐下降。
Cooling curves of the carbon nanotube (CNT) nanofluids quenchant and water were measured using X-Y recorder function. The effects of carbon nanotube (CNT) concentration and temperature on cooling characteristic were studied during immersion quenching in water based-CNT nanofluids. The results show that the peak cooling rate of nanofluids increases with the increase of CNT concentration and the cooling characteristics decrease with the increase of quenchant temperature.
