CT灌注评价颅骨修补术后脑灌注与神经功能改善 被引量:10

摘要 去骨瓣减压术是神经外科常用术式,术后康复阶段大量患者出现非脑损伤性神经系统症状如:头晕,疲劳,抑郁,失眠,记忆力下降等;或语言障碍,偏瘫,偏侧感觉障碍等功能区症状.通常认为是由于大气压直接影响颅骨缺损部位压力[1],引起脑血流量(cerebral blood flow,CBF)降低从而导致神经系统症状.以往研究多集中在颅内大血管CBF上,而CT灌注成像可直接显示大脑皮层灰质,白质,基底节区的脑血流量,更具说服力.我们对17例患者分别于术前术后行CTP(CT perfusion,CT灌注)检查,将结果进行对照分析,现报告如下.
