焊接热输入对SAF2304双相不锈钢钢筋显微组织及硬度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了不同焊接电流下,堆焊SAF2304双相不锈钢钢筋焊缝显微组织及显微硬度的变化。结果表明,焊接电流由100 A增大到130 A,双相不锈钢热影响区奥氏体含量由24.4%增大到33.6%,显微硬度降低4 HV,焊缝区二次相析出数量增多,显微硬度降低10 HV。焊后双相不锈钢钢筋热影响区出现软化现象,但对钢筋性能影响不明显。 The microstructure and microhardness of SAF2304 duplex stainless reinforcing steel weld seam under different surfacing welding current were studied. The results show that as welding current increases from 100 A into 130 A, the austenite fraction increases from 24.8% into 33.6%. The microhardness drops by 4HV in the heat affect zone (HAZ). The content of precipitates increase, the microhardness drops to 10 HV in the welding beam. The softening phenomenon appears in the HAZ after welding, however, the impact on the steel performance is not obvious.
