轧制和ECAP变形对Cu-Cr-Zr合金显微硬度的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 对固溶态Cu-Cr-Zr合金进行了等通道挤压(ECAP),研究了ECAP变形对固溶态Cu-Cr-Zr的显微硬度的影响。然后对合金进行了轧制,研究了轧制前后Cu-Cr-Zr合金的硬度。结果表明:材料的显微硬度随着ECAP道次的升高而增强。轧制后,相同道次ECAP变形Cu-Cr-Zr合金显微硬度有明显的提高。 The equal channels angular pressing (ECAP) of as-solution Cu-Cr-Zr alloy was carried out. The effects of ECAP deformation on the micro-hardness of as-solution Cu-Cr-Zr alloy were studied. Then the alloy was rolled. The hardness of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy before and after rolling was investigated. The results show that the micro-hardness of materials strengthens with increasing of passes of ECAP. After rolling, the identical passes of ECAP deformation improves obviously the micro-hardness of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy.
