Research and development of a kind of new environmental protection and energy saving rapid melting furnace were introduced. The melting chamber of the new type of melting alumininm furnace adopting recuperative furnace makes waste heat of the flue gas of the furnace utilized again. And immersion auxiliary heating device was added in the thermal insulation scooping chamber to make burning loss of aluminum liquid in thermal insulation scooping chamber lower and energy consumption decrease. This new type of fia＇nace was applied in the aluminum companies. Production test proves that fuel consumption has again reduced by more than 10%, and burning loss has decreased by more than 1%, compared with the conventional rapid melting aluminium furnace.
