摘要
对2A12铝合金进行了等通道挤压工艺研究,进行了组织观察,分析了晶粒细化效果。试验表明:在320℃下,对2A12铝合金棒材进行等通道转角挤压,可以获得宏观外形完整无裂纹的试样;经过不同道次的等通道挤压后,晶内、晶界出现大量的Al2Cu、Al2CuMg弥散相;以Bc、C路径进行挤压,随变形道次的增加,基体得到细化,且过程稳定,细化效果好。
2A12 aluminum alloy was studied by equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) method,the microstructure was observed and the grain refinement effect was analyzed. The results show that 2A12 aluminum alloy ECAP at 320℃ can acquire the specimen without crack of the macroscopic appearance integrity; after different ECAP passes, intracrystalline and grain boundary arise massive Al2Cu and Al2CuMg dispersed phase; in Be, C path extrusion, with deformation passes increasing, the matrix is refined. And the process is stable, the refinement effect is good.
