摘要
根据某型钩尾框模锻中充填不满、成形载荷过大的问题,结合生产实际情况提出了三种不同的工艺方案。并应用Deform-3D对三种工艺方案进行了数值模拟,主要分析了打击力达到设备最大冷挤力时飞边的厚度、成形载荷、大小头端充填情况。结果表明,钩尾框最佳模锻工艺方案为预锻打击一次、终锻打击两次。
According to the problems of which the filling is not enough and forming load is too large in a hook tail flame die forging, combining with the actual situation of production, three different processes were presented. And three processes were numerically simulated by using Deform-3D. The flash thickness, the forming load and the filling of big or small head end were mainly analyzed when the force roached maximum cold extrusion force of equipment. The results show that the best die forging technology of hook tail flame is one hit in preforging forging and two hit in finish forging.
