翼状零件精密冷挤压工艺优化及试验研究

摘要 以一种翼状零件为研究对象,在零件结构及工艺性分析基础上,对其进行了冷挤压工艺设计及工艺试验。结合数值模拟和初步工艺试验结果,对预制坯工序与冷挤压模具进行了优化,优化后的挤压力比优化前降低了47%。凹模寿命由优化前的4000件提高到优化后的10000件以上,而且成形件质量良好,生产效率高,极大地降低了生产成本。 Taking a kind of wing part as a research object, on the basis of analysis of the structure and process of parts, its cold extrusion process was designed and technologcal test was carried out. Combined with the results of numerical simulation and preliminary test, the process of preformed blank and cold extrusion die were optimized. The extrusion force after optimization has reduced by 47% compared with before optimization. The life of die after optimization is improved above from 4000 pieces to 10 000 pieces. And the forming quality of the parts is good, the production efficiency is high, and the cost of production is greatly reduced.
