摘要
介绍了一种可在无外界能源条件下实现应急切割的新型弹药,这对于战场和抢险救灾如地震、雪灾的应急切割具有较大意义。本文通过实验对该新型弹药(切割弹)的装药内径进行分析,研究了其对切割弹弹内压力变化和切割效果的影响。实验表明,在装药外径和长度固定的条件下,切割弹的燃烧时间在装药内径d=6 mm时取得最大值,同时切割效果较好;d越小,弹内平均压强峰值和喷嘴出口流速越大,易将喷嘴喷出,造成安全危险。
A new type of ammunition which can make cutting without external energy was introduced, which has significance for field emergency rescue and disaster relief such as earthquakes and snowstorms, etc. The change of charge inner diameter of this type of ammunition (cutting ammunition) was studied, which have an effect on the pressure change in cutting ammunition and effect of cutting. The experimental results show that the burning time and time of cutting achieve maximum when the values of inner diameter is 6 mm and the smaller the inner diameter, the higher average pressure and nozzle exist velocity, which can bring about security problems.
