厚板对接焊残余应力的三维有限元模拟与验证 被引量:2

摘要 采用ABAQUS有限元软件对35 mm厚板埋弧焊过程进行温度场和残余应力场的数值模拟;同时采用X射线衍射法对厚板焊接接头两个截面处进行表面残余应力测试,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行比较验证。结果表明,模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合,验证了该数值模型的有效性;同时获得了沿厚度方向残余应力的分布规律。 The calculation of welding temperature field and residual stress field was carried out by ABAQUS on 35 mm thick plate. Meanwhile, the surface residual stress distribution measurements were carried out on butt-welded joint using X-ray diffraction method. Compared simulated results with experimental results, the results show that the calculation results and the measured values are in substantial agreement, which show that the numerical model is correct. Furthermore, the distribution of residual stress along thickness direction can be obtained.
