JGR610E大型油罐用钢焊接热影响区的显微结构分析

摘要 采用金相显微镜和透射电镜对油罐钢焊接热影响区的显微组织进行了研究。结果表明:粗晶区组织主要由粒状贝氏体和板条贝氏体组成,并存在一定数量的M-A岛;细晶区主要为块状和多边形铁素体组织。 The microstructure of oil storage steel was studied by using optical microscope and transmission election microscopy. The results show that the coarse grain has complicated structure consisting of lath-like baintic ferrite, granular bainite and a small amount of M/A island. The fine grain is mainly composed of massive and polygonal ferrite.
