摘要 Caveolae是细胞膜上特定的50~100 nm的微区域,呈烧瓶状,主要由caveolin、胆固醇、鞘磷脂、鞘糖脂、酰基鞘氨醇和糖基磷脂酰肌醇( glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol , GPI)锚着蛋白组成,可单独或成串出现,形成一个不被去垢剂溶解的区域。 Palada于1953年首先在电镜下发现了caveolae结构,并将之命名为质膜小泡( plasmalemmal vesicle )。2年后, Yamada 报道了相似的结果,并将之命名为小窝蛋白(caveolae)[1]。 caveolae的主要作用是介导细胞的内化和胞吞转化。
