摘要 为市售饮料中维生素C(Vc)的科学测定提供参考。利用Cu2+催化溶解氧氧化Vc,建立紫外分光光度法测定橙汁中还原型Vc的方法,并对测定条件进行优化。采用磷酸和醋酸混酸溶液(3:7;V:V)或pH=3-4的盐酸作稳定剂,Cu2+为催化剂,70℃恒温水浴,测定市售汇源果汁饮品中Vc的含量,标准曲线方程为y=0.0714x+0.1350,该方法精密度为0.1,建立紫外分光光度法测定橙汁中Vc的方法,该方法简单,快速结果令人满意。 commercially available vitamin C drinks (Vc) provide reference determination of science, using Cu2 ~ catalytic oxidation method to establish Vc dissolved oxygen, ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the de- termination of orange juice is the prototype of Vc, and the determination conditions were optimized, by using phosphoric acid and acetic acid solution (3:7 ; V : V) as stabilizer, Cu2 + as catalyst, 70 ℃ constant temperature water bath, determination of orange juice beverage market in Vc, the standard curve equation is y = 0. 0714x + 0. 1350, The precision is 0.1, spectrophotometric method for the determination of orange juice in Vc to establish the UV, the method is simple, rapid with satisfactory results.
