摘要
通过文献资料法、调查法、实地考察法,结合师范学院学生的特点对瑜伽、跆拳道、体育舞蹈、定向越野等新兴体育项目进行介绍,对其融入师范院校公共体育课程的可行性进行分析,为师范院校公共体育课程资源的开发提供依据和参考。
Through the method of literature, questionnaire, on - the - spot investigation, combined with the characteristics of normal college students of yoga, Dance Sport, Taekwondo, orienteering and other emerging sports project are introduced, the integration into the feasibility of public sports courses in normal universities are analyzed, and provide the basis and reference for the development ofresources of public sports course in normal colleges.
