舒筋止痛液配合离子导入治疗膝骨关节炎75例

Treatment of Osteoarthritis of Knee with Shujinzhitong Liquid by Iontophoresis

目的:评价中药配合离子导入治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法:将75例(共103个关节)膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组,药透组在膝关节局部采用舒筋止痛液经离子导入法治疗,对照组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖,连续治疗4周。4周后进行总体疗效、关节活动度和膝关节MRI评价。结果:药透组显效14例,有效22例,无效2例;对照组显效7例,有效21例,无效9例。结论:中药舒筋止痛液配合离子导入治疗膝骨关节炎具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To assess the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Shujinzhitong liquid with iontophoresis on knee osteoarthritis. Methods Seventy-five patients （103 knee joints） with knee osteoar-thritis were divided randomly into two groups, Group A： 4 weeks of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine Shujinzhitong liquid by iontophoresis; Group B： 4 weeks of treatment with oral glucosamine hydrochloride. The clinical outcome measures included symptomatology, motion of joint and magnetic resonance inspection. Results In group A,14 patients were assessed as good, 22 as fair and 2 as poor;in group B, 7 patients were as-sessed as good, 21 as fair and 9 as poor. Conclusion Treatment of knee osteoarthritis with traditional Chi-nese medicine Shujinzhitong liquid by iontophoresis shows good clinical effect.
