骨髓造血微环境对造血干细胞自我更新的调控 被引量:3

Regulation of bone marrow microenvironment on hematopoietic stem cell self-renewal

摘要 为确保骨髓的终身造血,造血干细胞(HSC)在不断分化生成造血祖细胞(MPP)的同时,还通过自我更新来维持其自身数量不变.这种HSC的自我更新依赖于其所在骨髓微环境(龛)的调控和维持.全面揭示骨髓微环境调控HSC自我更新的机制不但为我们建立更有效的HSC体外扩增体系提供直接依据,同时将为探讨包括白血病和再生障碍性贫血等难治性血液系统疾病的发病机制提供重要信息.
