艾司西酞普兰与文拉法辛对抑郁症患者社会功能影响的比较

Comparison of the effects between escitalopram and venlafaxine on the social function in patients with depression

目的比较艾司西酞普兰与文拉法辛对抑郁症患者社会功能的影响。方法将符合抑郁症诊断标准的100例患者随机分为两组,分别给予艾司西酞普兰和文拉法辛进行治疗,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评价疗效,席汉残疾量表(SDS)和健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评价患者社会功能改善情况,不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应严重程度。结果两组间不同时间HAMD评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),但是均低于治疗前(P<0.01)。治疗8周末,两组间有效率和治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组SDS总分、SF-36社会功能因子分8周末与基线比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组间SDS总分、SF-36社会功能因子分在治疗前及治疗8周末比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰与文拉法辛均能较好地改善抑郁症患者的社会功能,且差异无统计学意义。

Objective To compare the effects of escitalopram and venlafaxine on the social function in patients with depression. Methods A total of 100 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of depression were randomly divided into two groups and treated with escitalopram and venlafaxine respectively. The therapeutic efficacy was measured with Hamilton depression scale（HAM D-17）; the improvement of social function was measured with Sheehan disability scale（SDS） and the short form-36 health survey（SF-36）. The side effects were evaluated by the treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）. Results There were no significant differences in the HAM D scores between the two groups at each interviewtime（P ＆gt; 0. 05）,but the scores of HAM D in both groups decreased significantly compared with the baseline（P ＆lt;0. 01）. There were no significant differences in the effective rate and remission rate after 8 weeks of treatment between the two groups（P ＆gt; 0. 05）. There were marked differences in scores of SDS and social functions factor scores of SF-36 at the end of the 8th week and the baseline in both groups（P ＆lt; 0. 01）,but no significant differences before treatment and after 8 weeks of therapy（P ＆gt; 0. 05）. Conclusion Both escitalopram and venlafaxine can effectively improve the social function in patients with depression,with no statistically significant differences between them.
