摘要
在前人研究成果即“调日法”、《元嘉历》等方面的基础上,依据《何衡阳集》全面地介绍了何承天，对其哲学思想、 治学精神进行了更深入的探究.
He Chentian (370--447AD) was an important astronomer in the Southern Dynasty. Many papers reviewing his achievements have been published, but most of them devote to discuss his contribution to astronomy, especially to his Yuanjia calendar (445AD) and his Tiaorifa (The method for adjusting the denominator of the length of an tropical year's days). Based on the Collection of He Chentian's Paper, in the Present paper the author first overlooks his achievement in science and than deals with his philosophical thought. his approach of research.
