Microsoft Visual Basic is widely used by programmers for its visual interface and easy operation.It provides many new features of the Internet in 6.0 version.This paper introducs the use of WebClass in Visual Basic by illustrating the development of the database module in the Internet courseware“Signals and Systems”.
