摘要 针对中型客车厂涂装车间的工艺设计,提出了采用先进的客车涂装工艺——整车全浸式前处理及阴极电泳底漆,刮腻打磨、中涂、面漆的工艺;并用大量的自动化输送设备,如前处理电泳采用自行程控葫芦、喷漆及烘干线采用地面滑撬输送机、自动行移车机构等,体现了自动化、规模化、柔性化生产的设计理念,实现了由传统的间歇生产模式向现代化的汽车涂装模式转变。 For some process design of painting workshops in medium-sized buses, the writer points out to adopt the advanced process design of buses—the full dip pre-treatment system of whole buses, the cathodic electrodeposition primer, scraping and scouring, floating coat and finishing coat. At the same time, the use of a large number of automatic transmission equipments, for example, the pre-treatment electrophoresis uses the self-control gourd, the paint spray and the drying use ground skid conveyor, and automatic line car moving mechanism through the entire production line, which truly reflects the design conception of automatic, large-scale,flexible manufacturing,and reaches the change from the traditional batch production mode to the modernized automotive coating mode.
