曲霉在卡泊芬净和米卡芬净体外药敏试验中的“矛盾现象”
摘要
棘白菌素类抗真菌药物主要有卡泊芬净、米卡芬净和阿尼芬净，通过非竞争抑制真菌1，3-β-D-葡聚糖合成酶而发挥作用，是曲霉属的抑菌剂，在侵袭性曲霉病治疗中发挥重要作用。
