过氧化物酶体增殖体活化受体-γ对白细胞介素-13诱导杯状细胞增生的影响

摘要 气道黏液过量分泌导致气道阻塞、细菌定植,这是许多慢性气道炎症性疾病共同的病理特征,与支气管哮喘、支气管扩张症和慢性阻塞性肺疾病等慢性气道炎症性疾病的发生、发展及转归密切相关,并已成为影响其发病率和病死率的独立危险因素和临床治疗的突出问题,但目前尚无治疗气道黏液高分泌的有效药物。
