脂多糖对支气管哮喘小鼠气道内一氧化氮合酶表达及气道高反应性的影响

摘要 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种反复发作的慢性气道炎症性疾病,发病机制复杂,且目前仍不完全清楚。研究结果显示,在哮喘患者及哮喘动物模型气道呼出气体中都发现有过量的一氧化氮存在,
