改革开放 2 0年来 ,制度创新推动了我国经济的快速增长 ,取得了令世人瞩目的巨大成就。面对新世纪的发展机遇 ,如何迎接经济全球化的挑战 ,我们必须深入研究制度创新与经济增长方式转换之间的关系 ,在巩固已有改革成果的同时 ,继续创造新优势 ,加快推进社会主义现代化建设。本文通过对制度及其创新机制的分析 ,探讨了制度在未来经济增长中的影响 ,提出了完善制度创新机制的设想。

For the twenty years of the reform and opening-up,system innovation has promoted the rapid development of the country's economy and remarkable achievements have been made.How could we meet the challenge of the economic globalization in the face of the opportunity for development in the new century?We should make further research into the relationship between system innovation and change in the mode of economic growth,and continue to create new advantages and accelerate the socialist modernization while consolidating the achieved results.The article,through the analysis of the system and its innovation mechanism,discusses the influence of the system on the future economy and puts forward some ideas on the perfection of its innovation mechanism.
