为了更好地把握大学生思想观念的变化与发展情况 ,寻求高校德育的科学性、有效性和针对性 ,在对大学生的思想观念作全面调查的基础上 ,进行深入系统的分析研究 ,提出切实加强和改进高校德育应采取的措施和对策。

In order to better grasp the change and development of college students' ideas and explore the scientificity,effectiveness and precision of moral education in colleges and universities,this paper,on the basis of an all-round investigation,analyses the ideas of college students in a deep and systematic way and puts forward measures to effectively strengthen and improve the moral education in institutions of higher learning.
