高校图书馆是高等学校的一个重要组成部分 ,是为教学和科研服务的学术性机构。为了更好地发挥高校图书馆的教育职能 ,必须采取强化图书馆工作人员的政治和业务素质 ,引进高新技术 ,充分开发利用文献、信息资源等应对措施。

The library as an important part of a college is an academic institution serving teaching and research.Strengthening the educational function of the college library,is determined by its specific position and background and is also called for by the new situation.In order to bring this function into full play,the political and professional quality of the librarians should be enhanced,high techniques introduced and documents and information fully exploited.
