An intelligent test system based on C/S mode was developed for improving test accuracy and data consistency of electrical characteristics of AX relays, which can also achieve data management and sharing. The paper presents the architecture and hardware interfaces and software implementation technology of the system in detail. This system has be applied in the production of AX relay and was feasibility and effectiveness.
