Estimation of the Parameters in G-O Model for Grouped Data

摘要 研究了软件可靠性的重要模型——G-O模型的参数估计 。 The G O model is an important model in software reliability. For grouped data, this paper gives the conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the maximum likelihood estimates of the parameters of the G O Model.
