Bayes Sequential Decision Theory Applied to a Clinical Trial with Binary Measures
摘要
应用 Bayes序贯判决于结果变量为二值的临床试验 .把病人范围和治疗效果引进损失函数 ,能减少计算复杂性 .
Bayes sequential decision theory is applied to a clinical trial with binary measures so that the computational complexity could be overcome partly. The patients horizon and treatment effect are considered in the loss function in the procedures.These Bayesian sequential procedures are compared with frequency approaches.
