摘要
介绍了新型旋转接头的结构及性能。通过产品应用工况条件下的模拟试验研究及用户的使用考核,证明新型旋转接头结构设计合理。所用密封材料具有强度高、摩擦系数低、耐磨损、使用寿命长、密封性能可靠的优点。该旋转接头是目前应用中新型的结构品种,有着广泛的应用前景。
The structure of new rotary joint and the performance characteristics are introducted. Through the product＇s simulation test research under working condition and the inspection of user＇s employing, It proves that the new rotary joint has reasonable structure. The sealing material applied in it has high strength, low friction coefficient, good wear-resistance, long service time and reliable sealing performance etc. It is a new type for all rotary joints at present and it will have potential applications in the future.
