高炉开铁口机是重要的炉前设备之一,它的性能和效率直接影响到高炉的正常生产。该文论述了开铁口机液压系统存在的主要问题,并提出了解决方案。设备经改造后,运行稳定,产能得到有效提升。
Tapping hole machine is one of the important furnace equipment Its performance and efficiency directly affected the normal production of the blast furnace. This paper discussed the main problems of tapping hole machine hydraulic system, and puts forward the solving scheme. After improvement, the equipment runs stability.
