冲击式风动扳手设计

摘要 螺纹连接在机电产品中的应用十分广泛,螺纹装配技术是机电工业的共性技术。为适应汽车等现代机电产品高速发展,提高装卸效率,减轻劳动强度,风动式螺纹拧紧装配工具及系统得到大力发展。针对传统扳手存在的局限性,该文对冲击式风动扳手整体进行了重新设计,并对重要部件进行计算校核。 Threaded connections are widely used in mechanical and electrical product, and the screw assembly technology is one of mechanical and electrical industrial generic technology. In order to adapt to modem mechanical and electrical products, such as ears, high-speed development, improve the efficiency of loading and unloading, reduce labor intensity, pneumatic screw tight assembly tools and system developing. Aiming at the limitation of traditional wrench existed, this article on the overall impact pneumatic wrench has been redesigned, and the important parts of the calculation checked.
