苇叶绿色素的提取及其稳定性研究

在微碱性条件下 ,用 65%食用乙醇提取新鲜苇叶中的绿色素 ,研究了它在不同条件下的稳定性 .结果表明 :该色素在碱性条件下对热、光稳定性好 。

Under the condition of weakly alkaline(pH≈8),green pingment was extracted from fresh reed leaf using 65% eatable alcohol.The stability of the green pigment was studied under different conditions.It proves that the green pigment in alkalescent media is stable to heat,light and most metalions.
